Reutherberg tunnel rescue tunnel, B294

The Reutherbergtunnel is a 1256 meter long single-tube road tunnel of the federal highway 294 in the course of the bypass near Wolfach. It was put into operation in 1993.

Due to the poor grade in the ADAC tunnel test 2008, the tunnel was renovated between 2013 and 2014 and retrofitted with a parallel rescue tunnel (eight cross passages to the tunnel).
